ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – Code: “ACCOUNT”
The Account Executive assumes the leadership role within assigned accounts. In this capacity, the AE will identify and qualify opportunities within their accounts, and develop and drive account strategy and executive relationships within each. The AE will assume ownership for revenue generation within assigned accounts, as well as the quality and strength of the executive relationships within them.
Knowledge Required:
- ERP Market, e-Business, technology; Large account strategy; Senior executive motivations; Team selling dynamics.
- SAP – Solution, Customer Base, Competition Prior experience in Business application software sales, preferably in ERP selling environment. Experience in lead sales role of team selling environment also required. Previous success in handling large transactions over lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market strongly advised.
Education:
- Bachelor´s degree required, Advanced degree preferred.
- General familiarity with consultative selling training methodologies also preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
SALES SUPPORT CONSULTANT – SAP HR – Code: “SALES”
Essential requirements:
- High learning capacity;
- HR business knowledge, including personal administration, personal development and payroll.
- HR application Knowledge.
- Application Configuration.
- Application presentation / demonstration.
- Customer relationship
It is desirable:
- Appication sales-cycle experience
- English communication
Will be considered a differential:
- SAP HR experience
- ROI /TCO knowledge
- Application development experience as well as ISV application experience (Peoplesoft, RM, Oracle)
- Spanish communication
