ISI, the IT division of Masterfoods, develops and supports the global systems and technical infrastructure that anable its operating companies to achieve outstanding results all over the world. To support the growth of the business and the development of its IT organization in Latin America, na exciting new opportunity has arisen for na HR Manager.
Guararema – SP / Attractive Package
The position to the americas Employee Manager in the United States and will be responsible for the following:
- Human Resources activities such as Organizational Development, Recruitment, Coaching and Training;
- Managing the recruitment of highty talented individuals in line with na agreed recruitment plan to ensure a consistent talent flow;
- Supporting Line Managers in their day to manegement role via active and responsive advice;
- Correctly applying all Personnel Policies within Latin America;
- Ensuring that people development plans are well defined and execution is closely monitored.
The position requires 3 to 5 years professional experience including HR management. Operational experience, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are a must. Candidates should be team players and results oriented, previous management experience is desirable. Fluent English is required, Spanish would be a plus, and candidates must be open to regular international travel.
